In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 11.1 of the City of Thorold’s Procedural By-law, the City Clerk received from Councillor Handley a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the October 3, 2023 Council meeting respecting a Legal Opinion concerning the Canada Summer Games Lease Agreement.
